Miley Cyrus Helps Open Chicago TOPSHOP/TOPMAN

Celebrating the 2011 Fashion's Night Out festivities, Miley Cyrus was on-hand for the opening of TOPSHOP/TOPMAN in Chicago, Illinois on Thursday evening (September 8).

The "Hannah Montana" hottie was decked out in a hot pink top paired with a black leather skirt as she joined owner Sir Philip Green and his daughter Chloe at the 830 North Michigan Avenue based retail building.

Tweeting her joy over being situated in the midwestern mecca, Miss Cyrus joyously wrote, "In love with the windy city :)"

The 18-year-old spent the previous evening at a Paris Club party held on the eve of the TOPSHOP/TOPMAN grand opening, with her mother, Tish, and sister, Brandi, also in attendance.
