Kim Kardashian's Salon Stop & New E! Promo

Getting back in the swing of her west coast routine, Kim Kardashian hit up her local nail salon in Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday afternoon (October 25).

During the mani/pedi treatment, the E! reality hottie noticed that gal pal Brittny Gastineau was also in the salon - with the two friends departing together in Kim's white Rolls Royce.

The salon visit comes just as a new 30-second promo for Miss Kardashian's spinoff show " Kourtney and Kim Take New York" has been released.

The footage shows Kim's hubby Kris Humphries talking about living with Kourtney's beau Scott Disick during their Big Apple stay, as he tells, ?We?re either gonna become best friends or worst enemies.?
