Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker got some help from the nanny as she took 2-year-old twin daughters, Tabitha and Loretta (black stroller), along to drop off son James Wilkie at school in New York City this morning (October 20).

Earlier this week, SJP was seen walking her son - who turns 9 later this month - to class on a crisp NYC morning.
